Iron Goddess, the famous Tieguanyin tea, named for the Iron Goddess of Mercy.

An Organic Oolong tea from Fujian Province, China. Tightly rolled balls of leaves from younger tea plants 3 to 10 years of age. Iron Goddess is processed in modern style, with less oxidation and minimal roasting, which produces a floral and lightly honeyed taste. This unique tea is best enjoyed black.
