Ibis - Kenya, Medium-Light Roast
Wade in Ibis, the water is sparkling.
Ibis continues on our trip around Kenyan coffee, an AB High grade regional blend of SL28, SL34 & Ruiru 11. The coffee comes from the Ichamama wet mill part of the Othaya Farmers Cooperative Society, located in the Nyeri county.
Quintessential Kenyan in flavour profile we taste; sparkling citric acidity & berry complexity all layered over a brown sugar sweetness with a clean silky finish.
